Fire on the Mountain Brewing was up in Astoria last month brewing a collaboration beer with the other previous winners of the NW Coffee Beer Invitational: Buoy, Pints Brewing, and Zoiglhaus. We had a wonderful time; thanks to Buoy for hosting! The resulting brew is a Mocha Raspberry Brown Ale. The coffee we used was an Ethiopian blend from Ristretto Roasters in Portland; thank you to them for donating the coffee. It poured at the 2018 brew fest this last weekend at Goose Hollow, which was a huge success. If you missed the fest, we have a couple of kegs to pour at our Fremont location starting this weekend.
